Group Outplacement Programs provide job search training to groups of six to twenty candidates in two or three day workshops of intensive job search training provided by experienced transition coaches.
Group programs can be customized with group or individual coaching and/or instruction to include a personal situational analysis and job search focus, resume construction, personal marketing strategies, and interviewing skills practice.
Two- or three-day interactive programs both cover the basics of resume development and conducting an effective job search.
Two-Day program is an interactive workshop, including job search role-playing, resume development, consultant telephone access for the duration of the job search.
Three-Day program is an interactive workshop with one entire day dedicated to videotaped job interviewing. Includes job search role-playing, resume development, and consultant telephone access for the duration of the job search. Typically includes three hours of one-on-one counseling.
